CRD have been developing guidance on the generation and use of aged soil adsorption parameters in groundwater exposure modelling assessment of pesticides. Draft versions of this guidance have been previously available on the CRD website. The draft guidance was subject to two considerations by the EFSA PPR Panel. This Regulatory Update confirms that CRD have updated the aged sorption guidance based on the recommendations in the EFSA PPR Opinion (EFSA, 2018). The finalised guidance has been submitted for consideration for adoption as technical guidance for the EU.
