Recording decisions

1. In the course of responding to an abuse of process argument, you may have to defend a number of decisions taken in connection with the prosecution. It is therefore advisable for you to record the reasoning behind decisions, as well as the decisions themselves, as this will greatly assist in satisfying the court that decisions were properly taken.
