Importing PIC-listed chemicals

Companies importing PIC-listed chemicals into GB must report yearly quantities to the GB PIC DNA of each chemical imported during the preceding calendar year. For further information and the template to use see GB PIC: annual reporting of exports and imports.

There are no PIC notification obligations for imports. Importers of PIC-listed chemicals into GB must comply with any legislation relating to those chemicals, for example, REACH, Biocidal Products Regulation, Plant Protection Products Regulation.
