7. Making a complaint about HSE

HSE strives to meet the standards laid down in The Victims’ Code. We aim to treat you with respect, dignity, sensitivity, compassion and courtesy.

If you have any concerns about the HSE investigation, contact either the lead investigator or their manager.

The Victims’ Right to Request a Review process only relates to specific decisions around prosecution. HSE also has a complaints procedure. You can use this to complain if you are dissatisfied with the way we have treated you on any other matter.
