Employers have obligations towards agency workers who are new starters, just as they do towards employees. Employers will need to share information with the agency to ensure they select workers who are suitable. This includes information about special occupational qualifications or skills required for workers to be able to carry out their work safely, about health and safety risks, and about what has been done to prevent or control them.
