• The European Commission's (EC) Guidance on the Chemical Agents Directive (CAD) (98/24/EC) [2.52mb]
  Although the EC's guidance contains some useful information, it is guidance on the Directive itself and not on the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 (COSHH), which implements the Directive in GB. There may be subtle differences between the two, and so readers are advised to consult the HSE-produced COSHH ACoP/ guidance material for definitive information on COSHH. The EC guidance document covers only part of the Directive and so it should not be considered as providing everything on CAD.
