Using the Comply with UK REACH service

The UK has developed an IT system called Comply with UK REACH to support the submission of dossiers and information to The Agency.

Submitting dossiers

Dossiers must be submitted in IUCLID (International Uniform Chemical Information Database) format. This is how we record, store, maintain and exchange data on chemical substances.

If you are not familiar with IUCLID, it is important that you learn how the registration information is structured and familiarise yourself with the terminology used in the application. You can do this by exploring the software and reading the user manuals on the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) website.

You will need to create an account within the Comply with UK REACH service in order to meet your registration obligations under UK REACH.

Support

If you are still having problems after checking the guidance, please call our UK REACH IT helpline on 0330 159 1985.
