RR260 - Evaluation of the small firms allowance scheme
Presents the findings of an evaluation of a pilot Small Firms Allowance Scheme (SFAS) that was launched by HSE in August 2002 and completed its activities in December 2003. The pilot sought to test the feasibility and optimal design of a grant scheme directed to small businesses and aimed at helping to improve their management of health and safety.
