RR192 - Evaluation of The Railways (Safety Case) Regulations
This evaluation considers the impact of the Railway Safety Case Regulations on rail safety and Duty Holders / stakeholders from when they were first introduced in 1994 and over subsequent years through the various amendments. Whilst much of the focus is on recent practice, the work is structured to identify also the relative position pre-1994.
