Details
Local authorities and fire and rescue authorities will work with BSR in MDTs to fulfil their legal duties to assist in the regulation of higher-risk buildings and higher-risk building work. This guidance has been issued under Section 16 of the Building Safety Act 2022.
This guidance is subject to the consent of the Secretary of State. It will be kept under review and updated as needed.
