Semi permanent circulars are internal-only instructions and guidance that HSE employees use for regulatory operational work on inspecting, investigating, permissioning, and enforcing.
HSE publishes semi permanent circulars when they include content that might be useful for dutyholders or other stakeholders. Semi permanent circulars are up to date at the time of publication.
Semi permanent circulars older than 6 years are hosted by The National Archive and are available below. This is in line with the HSE Retention Policy and generally applies to any semi permanent circulars that are over 6 years old.
