As a public body, HSE has a specific duty to publish relevant information annually to demonstrate our compliance with the Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED), part of the Equality Act 2010. We publish information relating to our colleagues affected by our policies and practices and who share protected characteristics to demonstrate our commitment to developing an inclusive workplace.
