The purpose of this guidance is to help staff deal with information requests and comply with HSE’s legal obligations under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIRs).

The guidance will be updated as necessary and this guidance is currently available to staff.
