HSE and the printing industry

• Monitoring printing industry developments
• Agreeing industry standards

HSE's operational inspectors deal directly with print manufacturers in their local area by:

• Providing advice
• Carrying out inspections where necessary
• Investigating accidents and complaints
• Taking formal enforcement action where necessary.
