Details
The UK monitors food to check for any pesticide residues. Samples are collected by shoppers and inspectors. If a food or drink product has been collected as part of one of HSE’s pesticide residues monitoring surveys, the supplier will be notified at the point of sampling using one of the letters and will be provided with a completed SIS1 form. The form will include the details of the place sampled, the product sampled and the date it was collected.
