The WIG is jointly organising this free event with Step Change's Workforce Engagement Group, the first time the two groups have got together to jointly run a workforce day. The agenda will be driven by the workforce for the workforce, and has places for 500 delegates.
It will take place at Aberdeen's AECC at the same time as the Piper 25 conference. Several WIG members, including Dave Walker, Les Larchet, Jake Molloy, Mikey Craig & Russell Thomas will attend to present and discuss the work of the WIG at one of the 10 interactive booths that will form part of the event. As well as presenting some of our ideas on improving the effectiveness of Workforce Involvement in managing major accident ha zards, we'll be asking for yours.
