These enforcement notices are published on the register 5 weeks after they’re served. They stay on the public register for 5 years.
Finding a notice
We’re currently working on some technical updates to improve the public register of enforcement notices. While updates are being made some notices will not be included in the main register and will be published on a temporary register. You may need to check both registers.
