The EU CLP Regulation is retained in GB law as assimilated EU law, including both directly applicable EU law and EU-derived domestic legislation, with modifications to address deficiencies arising from the UK's withdrawal from the EU, the Withdrawal Agreement and the Northern Ireland Protocol and the Windsor Framework.
