Preventing workplace harassment and violence

This guidance, a European social partner agreement, has been agreed between the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) and Partnership of Public Employers (PPE), representing employers and the Trades Union Congress (TUC) representing employees. It is supported by the Government, including the HSE, the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (Acas) and the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS).
