RR247 - Competencies of occupational physicians The customer's perspective
Occupational physicians can contribute to good management in healthy enterprises. The customers needs must be considered when planning occupational health services. The objective of this study was to establish the priorities of UK employers, employees and their representatives regarding the competencies required from occupational physicians. All the competencies in which occupational physicians are trained were considered important but the customer priorities were different from those of the physicians.
