Annual Science Review
HSE has published its sixth Annual Science Review. This year the theme is COVID-19: Collaboration in a time of crisis and has a particular focus on the pandemic and the role that HSE science has played. We look at HSE’s contribution to the evolving global evidence base and the routes we have used to share that knowledge as quickly as possible.
Our review provides case studies from the range of science and engineering work we have delivered and illustrates how HSE uses science and evidence to help keep people and work environments healthy and safe. The review is introduced by HSE's Chief Scientific Adviser and Director of Research, Professor Andrew Curran. As well as highlighting scientific achievements, awards and publications, it also focuses on the roles of some of our specialist staff.
