To notify permit holders of amendments to existing parallel trade permits from 1st October 2015 to comply with the new Guidance for parallel trade permits.
New Guidance and procedures for parallel trade permits applies from 1st October 2015. These amendments allow permit holders to benefit from the new procedures, for example permitting them to keep their labels up to date with the UK reference product without the need to submit an application.
What action is required?
Parallel trade permit holders must ensure that that their product is labelled, for stocks entering the supply chain on or after 1 March 2016, in compliance with paragraph 4 of the Conditions in Appendix 1 of the Notice amending existing parallel trade permits.
