HSE works with various international bodies and other countries on matters relating to occupational safety and health (OSH).
HSE's main international roles relate to:
- negotiating, developing and reviewing international standards, law, codes and guides on occupational safety and health; and
- representing the United Kingdom in various international forums.
HSE works with the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) and other Member States to facilitate sharing of good practice and information; an example being the-OSHA Healthy workplaces manage stress campaign.
