"Your health, your safety: A guide for workers" sets out workers rights, what workers should expect from their employers, where to go for help.
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and Trade Union Congress (TUC) recognise that workers come from many diverse cultural backgrounds, and that all are entitled to access information and advice that meets their needs.
Safer workplaces mean informed and aware workers who are given opportunities to discuss their health and safety and raise concerns if necessary. We do not want linguistic differences to be a barrier to this.
