As a member of staff you will already be acutely aware of the limitations of the HSE standard desktop. However, you also need to know about:

• coding and accessibility standards;
• file naming conventions; and how to get a
• developers pack.

Unfortunately we also require you to know a few other things as well.

• Good knowledge of our CSS styles, a good place to start is our "cheat sheet"
• How to implement change: use the requests database.
• Extended metadata which is required as part of eGMS.
