Welcome to the HSE Strategy Pledge Forum.

When we launched our new strategy in June, we invited organisations to show their commitment to being part of the solution by signing the HSE Strategy Pledge.  We are delighted by the excellent response: over 1,000 organisations have signed up so far.  Thank you for being part of this and showing your commitment to deliver the Strategy's goals.

Many organisations who have signed the Strategy Pledge are already working closely with HSE and Local Authorities.  We are considering how we build on those relationships and involve others in support of the Strategy.  For example, some of you may want to help us by sharing what you are doing with similar organisations or, if you are a provider of health and safety services, you may be interested in working with us to promote proportionate risk management.

We have developed this Strategy Pledge Forum within the HSE website to allow pledge signers to share ideas and best practice, to ask questions and access information.

The HSE Strategy Pledge Forum is easy to access – just click on the link below to view my welcome message and to register.

We look forward to your participation and contribution to this new venture and invite you to post your examples of what you have been doing to improve health and safety in your organisation, in particular highlighting good ideas that have worked for you - both big and small.  Click on the link below to see how others are doing this and to access a proforma/template to help you share with others what you are doing.

We also welcome your ideas about how you and others can work with HSE and Local Authorities.

Thank you again for your continued support and I hope that you will find the HSE Strategy Pledge Forum useful.

If you have not yet signed the pledge and wish to join the Forum then please to sign the 'Be part of the solution' Strategy Pledge.
