The aims of this study were to assist FOD in determining the
current position with respect to
interventions that are intended to satisfy PSA targets and to
determine the robustness of the evaluation of the impact of these
interventions. The main objective was therefore to collect details
of all interventions that had been undertaken by each FOD Division
over the recent past, or were currently being undertaken or
planned, and any information available on the evaluation of the
impact of these interventions. Further objectives were to provide
judgement on the robustness of the evaluations and to determine
whether there are any gaps in the intervention programmes, when
considered against the 'Building on Success' strategy.
