Provides information on items which make up the mooring system,
whether or not they are normally carried on board the Installation,
and on dynamic positioning and combined systems. The information is
appropriate to all types of floating Offshore Installations, except
tethered buoyant Installations which need special consideration.
However, the information is mainly applicable to mobile units and may
not be entirely appropriate for FPSOs where issues such as heading
control, drag chain monitoring, fatigue and other issues are also
relevant.
