CRR 302 - The measurement of the induction of aneuploidy by chemicals

Chemicals capable of inducing aneuploidy are a concern in chemical testing because of the role of numerical chromosome changes in human congenital abnormalities and cancer induction and progression. A primary aim of the project was to develop and validate suitable in vitro protocols for the detection and assessment of potential chemical aneugens, including chemicals that may be present in the workplace.
