Assessing the risk from gasoline pipelines in the United Kingdom based on a review of historical experience

The objective of this work was to enable the Advisory Comittee on Dangerous Substances to make a recomendation as to whether or not gasoline pipelines should be incorporated into the Pipelines Safety Regulations 1996/825. Reviews the risks from gasoline pipelines in the UK based on a review of the historical experience around the world of gasoline leaks, this experience is used to determine the likelihood of events such as fires and leaks.
