This guidance is about eliminating or reducing the risk of serious injury associated with the use of mismatched or damaged skips or containers. As well as covering design and manufacturing issues, it provides information on their safe use, inspection and maintenance.
It is aimed at designers/manufacturers, buyers, employers, users and maintenance staff who work with skips and containers used with skip loader and hook loader vehicles.
