The previous version of this A6 booklet was originally designed for the offshore industry, but has been revised so that it is suitable for senior managers in all major hazard industries. It aims to help senior managers refresh their knowledge of effective health and safety leadership, reflect on how they currently operate and challenge them to continuously improve health and safety performance.
