This DVD includes five short NAPO films:
Run time: 16 minutes
A series of sketches showing how to prevent accidents and highlighting the importance of not taking risks.
Run time: 12 minutes
This film introduces the range of health and safety signs and signals found in workplaces. It shows a variety of different workplace situations where safety signs are important.
Run time: 12 minutes
A series of short, comic sketches show NAPO working with various chemicals, including those that are irritant, flammable, corrosive, toxic or a danger to the environment.
Run time: 11 minutes
A series of sketches about safety in cleaning. NAPO is working in different situations, showing the risks from work at height, manual handling and slips and trips in cleaning. The DVD also highlights the importance of a safety plan and reporting problems promptly.
Run time: 7 minutes
These sketches show the importance of protecting against hearing loss in the workplace. There are many practical, cost-effective ways for employers to protect employees' hearing, but once it is gone, hearing won't come back. The film shows the importance of protecting workers at source, eg by using simple ear protection and insulating against noise.
