Presented in two parts to reflect the two sets of pertinent legislative Regulations, the complementary relationship between them and how they affect the way employees must be consulted under the law. Examines the different situations and choices acknowledged by the dual Regulations of 1977 and 1996 and clarifies circumstances where both can apply.
Accordingly, there are two Approved Codes and two sets of guidance supplied. Supported by flow charts and colour-coded text to enable easier distinction between the Regulations, the two Approved Codes and the guidance provided.
