Relevant to chemical, petro-chemical, paints, solvents and pharmaceutical industries and generally applies to liquids with a sub-55 °C flashpoint (although also relevant to some liquids above 55 °C flashpoint if stored above flashpoint temperature).
Coverage of broader safety aspects like legalities, risk assessment, training and the more obvious headline hazards of fire and explosion, is supplemented by more specific studies of pertinent issues such as the location of tanks, loading/unloading facilities and security.
