Booklet guidance notes for those in control of work near to overhead electric lines, including cables serving part of railway systems. Particular focus is on operations where long or high equipment, such as scaffold poles, vehicles, cranes, irrigation equipment etc are in use near such lines.
Covering risk matters, legal obligations and necessary precautions, the notes are supported with clear and explanatory diagrams and labelled graphics to emphasise the proximity of danger. In addition to general works, specific matters such as pipe laying, horticultural, forestry and arboriculture works are considered.
