People in HSE love ice cream as much as anyone else so it's distressing to read headlines today blaming "elf n safety" for the demise of ice cream vans. It would appear in this case that we're taking the blame for over protective parents, child obesity, noisy jingles and bad weather! Our advice? Let's get some better music and keep going. Ice creams are for licking not us!
