A statement on incidents at nuclear installations in Britain which meet Ministerial reporting criteria is reported to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry and the Secretary of State for Scotland and is published every quarter by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
For the period 1 January 2005 to 31 March 2005 there was one incident at a nuclear licensed installation, Sellafield, that met the reporting criteria. A copy of the statement is attached.
