HSE investigating triple fatality in Norfolk

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) can confirm that three men have died in an effluent tank on agricultural land near Thetford, Norfolk today.

HSE is now taking the lead in a joint HSE and Police investigation to discover what exactly happened and why.

HSE and Norfolk Police wish to offer their condolences to the families and friends of the men who died.
