Quarterly statements of nuclear incidents at nuclear installations

This page contains information in relation to incidents or events that have occurred at civil nuclear installations in Britain which have met the Ministerial Reporting Criteria. The statements are published quarterly by the HSE and are reported to the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change and the Secretary of State for Scotland.
