Attending and assessing the effectiveness of the Highland Council Emergency Plan for the remote submarine berths at Loch Ewe and the Isle of Skye during exer-cise HIGHPORT 05, for compliance with regulations 7, 11, 13 and 14 of the Radia-tion (Emergency Preparedness and Public Information) Regulations 2001 (REPPIR);

e The Head of Division 3 of the NII and the Superintending Inspector for the site paid a formal visit to Faslane and Coulport in the period and called on the Naval Base Commander, among others.
