Example 3 - Find all Improvement Notices, where the Type of Location is a Coal Mine and the Notice Result is Complied (Uses two search criteria including amounts)
Use the following steps:-
1 On the Home Page, click on Advanced Search
Add your 1st criteria to the search
2 Select Improvement Notices by clicking on the circle alongside.
3 Click on Continue.
4 Select All Improvement Notices by leaving all the check boxes ticked.
5 Click on Continue.
6 At the Select Search Item box, select Type of Location.
7 Click on Continue.
8 At Select a Location Type.. , select Coal Mine from the list.
9 Click on Add.
Please Note:
Coal Mine is displayed. If you wish to see the results using only this criteria, then click on Go now. Click the Back button on the Toolbar to return to your search.In the Current Search Criteria area, Type of Location =
Add your 2nd criteria to the search
10 In the Additional criteria condition box select AND.
11 Click on Continue.
12 In the Search Item box, select Notice Result.
13 Click on Continue.
14 In the Select a Result..., select "Complied".
15 Click on Add.
16 Within the Current Search Criteria area, check that all the search criteria are listed as follows:- Searching for All Improvement Notices where - Type of Location = Coal Mine AND Notice Result = Complied.
If you see a mistake, you can either click on Start Again, which clears all the search criteria or use the Back button on the Toolbar to move back a step at a time.Tip:-
17 Click on Go within the "Current Search Criteria" area to start the Search and find the Results.
