Example 1 : Find Notices relating to a specific Recipient, where the Notice Summary contains the word 'roofing'. (Uses two search criteria)
Use the following steps:-
1 On the Home Page, click on Advanced Search
Add your 1st criteria to the search
2 Select Notice Type by clicking on the circle alongside the option.
3 Click on Continue
4 In the Search Item box select Recipient's name.
5 Click on Continue
6 In the Enter (part of) text field type the Recipient's Name:
If you know the Recipient's complete name, type it in full - E.g. Hardcore Construction Ltd
If you only know part of the Recipient's name, enter what you know. E.g.
HardcoreThe search will be done using the complete text you entered, i.e.
Hardcore Ltd, will return Results with "Hardcore Ltd" as the Recipient's Name, NEITHER "Hardcore" nor "Hardcore Construction Ltd" will appear in the Results List. Only were text appears sequentially in the Recipient's name, i.e. Hardcore Construction, will all occurrences of Hardcore Construction be found, this will include all companies on the database where Hardcore Construction appears in the name.7 Click on Add to add your search criteria.
Please Note:
In the Current Search Criteria area, the first criteria "Recipient's name = Hardcore is displayed. If you wish to see the results using only this criteria, then click on Go now. Click the Back button on the Toolbar to return to your search.
Add your 2nd criteria to the search
8 In the Additional criteria condition box select AND.
See Condition or Operand for more details of how to use Conditions.
9 Click on Continue.
10 In the Search Item box, select Notice Summary.
11 In the Enter a word or phrase text field type in 'roofing'.
12 Click on Add.
Please Note:
Hardcore AND Notice Summary = roofing. If the criteria are entered correctly then click on Go now, otherwise click on start again to clear the search criteria and refresh the page or use the Back button on the toolbar to move back one step at a timeIn the Current Search Criteria area, two criteria are displayed; "recipient's name =
14 Click on Go within the "Current Search Criteria" area.

16 Click on the Notice Number to view the Notice in more detail E.g. Notice Summary, Location of Offence, Date Notice is issued and HSE Details.
17 Use the Back button on the Toolbar, to return to the list of Notices
