1 . For the evaluation of a notification under regulation 4"base set" (>1 tonne per year) - VIIA notification £4,987.00
For the evaluation of a notification under regulation 4 of a substance already notified under that regulation - VIIA repeat notification £2,374.00
Risk Assessment Fee (will be invoiced if necessary) £2,393.00 (plus £418.78 VAT)
2 . For the evaluation of a notification under regulation 5(1)(a) (>10 tonnes per year) - Level 1A notification £2,619.00
For the evaluation of a notification under regulation 5(1)(b) (>100 tonnes per year) - Level 1B notification £5,154.00
For the evaluation of a notification under regulation 5(1)(c) (>1000 tonnes per year) - Level 2 notification £3,613.00
3 . For a notification under regulation 6:  
a) quantity of the new substance equal to or more than 100 kg per year (regulation 6(1)) - VIIB notification £1,614.00
b) quantity of the new substance up to 100 kg per year (regulation 6(2)) - VIIC notification £1,014.00
