HSE Chair Judith Hackitt was this morning interviewed by Radio 4's Jenni Murray on Woman's Hour about health and safety myths, HSE's inspection regime and why she set her hands alight as part of a controlled school experiment. It's well worth a listen on the BBC i-player website.
