At 1649hrs on Monday, 25 May, the Health and Safety Executive was alerted to an incident that had taken place at Avon Valley Country Park, near Bristol. A 10-year-old child had fallen under the wheels of a trailer being pulled by a tractor and had to be airlifted to hospital.
This incident is being investigated by officials from Bath and North East Somerset Council.
