The MV Bourbon Dolphin capsized in the North Sea at 5.20pm on 12 April while involved in an anchor laying operation at an offshore installation west of the Shetlands. Crew from the ship are still missing but a salvage operation is in progress. Grampian Police are leading the investigation and the Maritime and Coastguard Agency are coordinating the salvage operation.
HSE is liaising with these agencies.
