HSE and the Environment Agency have each published a number of assessment reports following the completion of their initial assessment of the four nuclear power station designs being taken through the Generic Design Assessment (GDA) process. They have also published the reports of joint inspections they carried out into the quality management arrangements for each Requesting Party (design company taking part in the GDA process).

A series of detailed technical reports have been prepared as part of the initial assessment of the four nuclear power station designs, and these underpin the assessment reports listed above that have been written for a more generalist audience.
These Technical Assessment Reports can be accessed through the link below. It should be noted that they have not been written for lay members of the public, but they are internal HSE reports that are being published on this web site in the interests of openness.
Some additional reports have not yet been finalised and these will be put on the website over the next few weeks.
