WORPLACE HEALTH AND SAFETY SURVEY (WHASS): 2005 WORKER SURVEY
++ On 17 May, HSE released a first-findings report from the 2005 WHASS worker survey, which forms part of the WHASS programme of surveys, designed to collect new information on health and safety in Britain's workplaces. A copy of the report and further information is now available on the HSE website, alongside the first findings from the 2005 WHASS employer survey that was published back in November 2005. ++

REVITALISING HEALTH AND SAFETY - PROGRESS JUDGEMENT - EXTERNAL PEER REVIEW
++ The health and safety statistics published last November included judgments on progress towards the 'Revitalising Health and Safety' targets for injuries, ill health and working days lost. We have now placed on the HSE website a paper setting out the full analysis underlying the summary judgments, along with commentaries prepared by two expert members of our Statistics User Group. We would welcome further comments on any of these documents, if possible by the end of June, to the email address at the end of this bulletin. HSE will then prepare a response to the commentaries and further comments received. ++
