Rob Tuttey

Rob TutteyRob is a chartered health and safety practitioner with IOSH and a Fellow of the IIRSM, he has experience of a number of industries during his 20+ year professional career including transport, warehousing, food fashion and electrical retail, call centres, home delivery, care homes and domiciliary care. Rob has provided training in health and safety management and completed safety management audits in Ireland, Europe, Australia and New Zealand as well as the UK. He has led Insurance, Occupational Health and Risk functions and is currently is the UK Head of Employee Health Safety and Wellbeing at Bupa.

Previously an active member of the British Retail Consortium policy group for health and safety, he now acts on a voluntary basis as the lead judge for the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport UK in their annual excellence awards for both the Safety and the Vulnerable Road Users categories.

In his spare time he studies martial arts, holds a Black Belt and teaches Karate at weekends. Rob is extremely passionate about sensible, proportionate and pragmatic approaches to health and safety management and controls.
